Return Policy and Limited Warranty

RAVEN BUSINESS AND ACCESSORIES

We want you to love our Raven products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Item(s) must be returned in like-new condition and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@ravenconnected.com.

If the item(s) have not been opened and is in the original, sealed packaging, Raven Connected will refund the purchase price paid, minus shipping charges. If the product has been opened, a 15% restocking fee will also apply.

You will be required to use our prepaid shipping label to return your item(s). The cost of return shipping is $18 USD per Raven returned and will be deducted from your refund. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Please note that opened or used memory cards are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of Raven Connected receiving your returned item(s). We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). Once approved, we will initiate the refund via your original method of payment.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

If your RAVEN is defective:

We work very hard to make sure you get the highest quality product possible. In circumstances where you consider a product to be defective, you should promptly contact us at support@ravenconnected.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via your support ticket, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Limited Warranty and Warranty Disclaimer:

Raven Connected warrants the Raven product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the time your item is shipped to you. Raven Connected sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this warranty will be, at Raven Connected option, to provide repaired or replacement product. The Raven product which you consider defective must be returned to Raven Connected in accordance with the Return Policy above.

Every Raven includes an internal battery that allows Raven to temporarily continue to operate in the event of an accident, theft, or cable being unplugged. Service life of a battery is limited and depends on many factors including age, usage, environment and maintenance among others. Typically hotter climates and/or prolonged direct sun exposure can affect the usable lifespan of the battery. Should this battery fail during the warranty period, Raven will replace the battery within the scope of this warranty.

The warranty is void if used outside of North America or if the defective condition was caused in whole or in part by customer’s misuse, neglect, testing, attempts to repair, or any other cause beyond normal usage, or by accident, fire, or other hazard.

Furthermore, the use of the Raven device, for business use, requires the use of an SD Card. For warranty purposes, acceptable SD cards include only those provided or recommended by Raven. Limited warranty excludes units which have been voided by sole use of the internal storage.

You will be required to use our prepaid shipping label to return your defective Raven product. Repair or replacement does not extend the warranty period for your Raven product. This limited manufacturer warranty is non-transferable and extends only to the Raven product sold in North America by Raven Connected’s or its authorized distributors and authorized resellers, and not to any software or services related to the Raven product. Refer to the Raven End User License Agreement and Terms of Service at http://legal.raven.is/WebAppEULA.html for those terms.

THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR SATISFACTORY QUALITY, ALL OF WHICH ARE DISCLAIMED. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
