Raven devices are designed for long-term durability, but like all technology, they have a lifecycle. If your Raven+ is no longer under warranty and needs replacement, you have a couple of options:

1. Battery Replacement – $99 (One-Time Fee)

If your Raven+ has stopped working due to a battery failure, you can request a battery replacement, which includes:

  • Shipping & handling for your Raven
  • Full inspection and testing
  • Installation of a new battery
  • Safe battery removal and disposal per EPA standards
  • Return shipment within 5 business days of receipt
  • 90-day warranty on repairs and workmanship

2. Out-of-Warranty Replacement – $269 (+ Shipping)

If a battery replacement isn’t an option, we offer a discounted replacement unit for $269 plus shipping.
